Lecture and Trunk Show
Patricia shares her creative approach to developing new ideas for original quilt designs. Leapfrogging from one compositional concept to the next, Patricia takes you on a journey of exploration with her newest series of quilts—Big Grids with Inserted Curves—made with vintage Japanese yukata cottons and other global fabrics.
Time: 1pm EST (approx. 1 hour + Q&A, with regular Guild meeting to follow)
Cost: The lecture is free to members. Zoom link will be sent via email or can be found in Facebook Members Only Group Events Lecture will not be recorded and guests are not allowed.
Patricia Belyea Bio:
A creative quilt maker, speaker and teacher, Patricia co-owns Okan Arts with her daughter Victoria Stone. The small family business sells vintage Japanese textiles online for adventuresome quilters. Patricia and Victoria also co-lead tours to Japan.
