Join us on Sunday May 6th for a 6 hour workshop with Michelle Wilkie on Modern Quilt Design.
Please note: This is a design focused class, not a sewing based class. There may be some time to sew near the end of class, but most of the class will focus on design and sketching.
Description:
This class will illustrate and step you through how to create a Modern quilt design using inspiration from everyday things around you. Several exercises are designed to help you tune the skill of seeing, identifying design elements and building a composition. Once you have a design, skills to turn that design into reality will be shared.
Duration: 6 hours
Handwork only (there may be some time to sew towards the end of the class). No kit required.
Supply List will be sent to you once you sign up for the class.
