Marvelous Modern Minis: Selections from the South Florida Modern Quilt Guild

From the May improv workshops to Circling the Brain QAL in the works, we’re making fantastic quilts so far this year. Add to those the upcoming teeny tiny piecing workshop and we will have an amazing amount of finished quilts produced by our guild.
Let’s show them off!
Here’s the scope of the show:
Scope: Mini quilt from 2019 projects
Exhibition space: North Regional / BC Library
Sizes: All mini quilts need to be no larger than 20”x20”, no smaller than 12” on any one side, and must have sewn label and sleeve, and a wooden dowel (width of sleeve at min.) for hanging
Submissions: maximum is two per person, due October 5, 2019, using the online form below
Dates of show: November 2, 2019 through December 19, 2019
Drop off: October meeting October 19, 2019, at Patch Reef Park
Pick up: January meeting January 18, 2020, at Patch Reef Park
You can register by filling out form below before October 5, 2019. The quilt doesn’t have to be finished to register. We'll ask for the final size and quilt story later. Please bring finished quilt to the October meeting with sleeve, label, and wooden dowel. It will be returned at the January 2020 meeting.
There is no submission fee. If you’d like to help hang, please inform Kristin Beck.
Note that inclusion in this exhibit doesn't keep you from entering QuiltCon. If your quilt is accepted we will gladly remove you from list!
