At our October Meeting we announced the upcoming SFMQG Happy Holidays "Make one - Take one" Swap! The swap will take place at the November meeting November 19, 2016.

We would like members interested in participating in the swap to make a small handmade quilted item. Quilted items that would be appropriate are zipper pouches, bags, mini quilts, mug rugs, or sewing containers. There is a ton of inspiration and ideas on our Pinterest board for swaps. Feel free to add more pins on Pinterest board or to link ideas in the comments.
Please bring your item ready to swap and make sure to wrap it up! Wrap it up in fabric, so that recipient can enjoy the wrapping too. And, since we want it to be a fun secret, please don’t put any identification on the outside of the package (If you wish put a note from who made it on the inside).
Please make your swap item with modern fabrics and with a modern flair.
